There’s a difference between designers and renderers. Designers come up with concepts. Renderers, um, render them.
Take your high-priced designers’ Macs away.
Give them some colored pencils and a pad of big-sheet paper. Let them rough out the look and feel of a piece, add a few notes and hand the whole thing off to a kid to render on a Mac.

You’ll get better (and a lot more) work more quickly at a lower cost.
